What is Taninah
• Taninah is comprised ten fenced and gated acres. Five of the property’s ten acres have been carefully sculpted and thoughtfully developed to include five unique guest houses, incredible installations, and unparalleled amenities.
• Taninah can accommodate up to 35 guests.
• Taninah is only offered in its entirety to one group at a time. Guest houses are never offered for rent individually. Consequently, our guests enjoy full, private, and exclusive use of the entire property.
• Seven night reservation rates include private cook preparing up to 3 meals per person per day, a starter beverage package, up to two 10-passenger vans providing round-trip ground transportation services between Cancun International Airport and Taninah, unlimited miniature golf, and taxes.

Condensed Rates and Policies
Our nightly rate of $1,850 USD is based on occupancy of up to 10 guests including the following:
•Up to three meals per person per day (kid’s menu applies to children 11 and under).
•Up to two 10-passenger van round-trip ground transportation services from Cancun International Airport to Taninah on arrival and back to Cancun International Airport on departure day. Please see transportation page for details and restrictions.
•All reservations that are 7 nights or more include our starter beverage package consisting of four cases of soda, four cases of purified drinking water, four cases of beer, one bottle of white wine, one bottle of red wine, eight bags of purified ice, morning and evening coffee, and Mexican hot chocolate.
•Additional guests ages 5 and over are $95 USD per person per night.
•Children under 5 stay at no extra charge.
•Additional guest rates also include up to three meals per day (kid’s menu applies to children 11 and under) and taxes.
•Minimum rental period required - generally 7 nights.
•Property details and amenities are subject to change without notice.
•Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received.
•Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Easter, and 4th of July rates vary.
•$1,550 USD non-refundable deposit required when placing reservation.
•50% of reservation total required within 15 days of making initial non-refundable deposit.
•Remaining 50% of reservation total due 60 days prior to arrival.
•Original $1,550 deposit turns into security deposit of which $1,500 will be refunded within 10 business days of departure.
•Gratuities are not included in our rate.

Rates

• Saturday to Saturday rental period required.
• Our starter beverage package consisting of four cases of soda, four cases of purified drinking water, four cases of beer, one bottle of white wine, one bottle of red wine, eight bags of purified ice, morning and evening coffee, and our famous Mexican hot chocolate.
• Unlimited miniature golf.
• Children ages 5 and under stay at no extra charge.
• Property details and amenities are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received.
• Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, President’s Day, Easter, and 4th of July rates carry a holiday surcharge.
• Initial, non-refundable deposit of $1,550 required to reserve dates.
• 50% of reservation total required within 15 days of making initial non-refundable deposit.
• Remaining 50% of reservation total along with gratuities based on $8 USD per guest (age 6 and over) per day are added to reservation balance payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Original $1,550 deposit turns into security deposit of which $1,500 will be refunded within 10 business days of departure.
Payment Methods
• Personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, bank to bank wire transfers to U.S. or Canadian account.
• Credit cards accepted only through paypal.com and only for initial reservation deposit of $1,550 USD.
• In the US we bank in Miami, Florida so transactions are generally easy and timely.
• Checks and credit cards are NOT accepted on-site for services or additional fees.
• Only Traveler’s Checks, U.S. Dollars, or Mexican Pesos are accepted on-site for services or additional fees.
